I write this letter of reference of this establishment, not in the form of a social review, as I believe that a written letter to express my true appreciation is of more value, than ticking a couple of stars to rate the value of the exceptional experience that I had at Bentleys Guesthouse.
I have been exceptionally fortunate in my life to have wondered the globe and have worked in many countries, residing in these countries either for work purposes or at times for my own leisure. I have never experienced the hospitality, kindness and the true feeling of being at a place I could refer to as “home away from home”, until the first day I walked into Bentleys.
Kelly………
Hostess, Chef and part owner of this establishment shows her interest in the wellbeing of her guests in ways I have only experienced and witnessed in the finest establishments across the globe and beyond. It is so obvious that her first and utmost concern is the wellbeing, comfort and happiness of her guests. I feel obliged to mention that her interest in every individual, that she hosts is shown in her personal care in the way she would take time to listen and share life experiences with each person, with true interest and care.
Having had the privilege of dining in some of the finest restaurants across the globe, as well as being catered for by various private and even internationally rated private chefs, Kelly truly satisfied my palette with every meal that she so carefully prepared. I could see and taste the personal pride and care she placed in the preparation of every morsel that I had the privilege of tasting.
Adam………..
It is truly difficult to find the words to describe the homeliness, comfort, at ease and how welcome he makes one feel, from the point of arrival to his exceptional hospitality. His availability to help and make you feel like this guest house.. is not a guest house at all, it is your home as long as you are their guests and I have to stress this point, You are truly their guests. Adam is a great conversationalist. He is so welcoming and truly makes you feel at ease. At this point of my review all I can say about Adam…. What an awesome host!!!!
This couple has blown my mind, I will state this as a fact….. You will be doing yourself a disservice of you do not allow yourself the absolute privilege of being a guest and being hosted by Adam and Kelly at Bentleys Guesthouse.

What an awesome find in the heart of Blouberg. A modern guest house with all the amenities of home gave us a sense of belonging instantaneously. Adam and Pam were amazing hosts and made sure we were well taken care of. They also take care to adhere to COVID protocols with daily temperature monitoring and socially distant breakfasts. A quick 5 minute walk from the beach and restaurants (Doodles is just around block) or choose to sit by the pool and have a braai. All the comforts of home makes Bentley’s our guest house of choice. We look forward to our next stay and cuddles from Milo the resident pointer and Chief of Snuggles.

We were incredibly happy to stay at the Bentleys guest house. We are very grateful for the hospitality, coziness and comfort that we were provided. The room has everything you need: kettle, fridge, coffee machine, tea / coffee / snacks, big soft towels and even bubble bath. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay. The guesthouse is super clean and safe. All Covid rules are followed. The house has a big dining room where breakfast is served keeping a distance from other guests. The hosts always wear a mask and gloves. All door handles are disinfected and there is a temperature control. This is the safest place for your vacation. It was also a real aesthetic pleasure to live in this house with a beautiful interior, patio and swimming pool. We definitely recommend it!

We have been spending our holiday in this lovely guesthouse in Bloubergstrand and CS Design is so happy to be involved in future additions and improvements they wil be undertaking expanding an already magnificent home.
Absolutely fantastic for business stays and special celebrations as well.
Located comfortably close to the promenade (within walking distance) and just far enough away from the busy main beach road to feel you are really away from it all
Our hosts and now great friends Adam and Kelly come from the yachting industry with many years experience in making their guests feel incredibly welcome
Stunning food presented by chef Kelly and to top it all our Irish Setter (on his first ever trip to the sea) was treated like their own lovely Milo
The house is beautifully designed and well equipped catering to all your needs
with stunning touches to make this a 5 star stay.
