RATES

Bentley’s Guesthouse requires all proof of payments in full 30 days prior to arrival and all extras paid on departure.

Rates are in South African currency ZAR (Rands).

Visa, Mastercard and electronic wire transferred accepted.

50% deposit required at booking to confirm a booking. Remainder 50% balance is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

CHECK IN

We require a Photo ID (Passport or RSA ID) at check in & your credit card name to match your photo ID. We do not operate a 24 hr reception. Check in times are between 15:00 – 19:00.

A late check in fee of ZAR 450 per room is charged up until 22:00. If a later check in after 22:00 is required, it is at the discretion of management and can be made by a prior arrangement. No check in’s after 00:00 will be considered, in order to not disturb our guests.

Check out time is 10:00.

Early check in fee charged at ZAR 250 per room.

Late check out fee up to 12pm only, additional ZAR R250.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS:

If your booking is cancelled within 30 days before arrival, 100% of booking total will be forfeited. If your cancellation is done more than 30 days before arrival, you have 1 date change valid within a year of your original booking or a 50% refund.

All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy terms and conditions visit bentleys.co.za & please note if the client cancels a booking, the bank charges are for the client’s account.

OTHER

Family/child friendly for children 12 years and above. Our rates are charged per room and occupancy is maximum 2 adults per room.

Children must be supervised at all times around the guesthouse and swimming pool. There is no fence or pool cover over the pool. The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk and Bentley’s Guesthouse cannot be held liable for any unforeseen accidents.

Free secure parking on premises and off street parking available.

No smoking inside the guest house, smoking is permitted in the two outside allocated areas. If you are found smoking in the room, there will be R1000 fine and your booking will be forfeited.

Not suitable for pets.

Be respectful of other guests and our neighbour’s and keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 – 07:00.

No groups, parties or events allowed unless by prior agreement. Rights of admission reserved.

Lost keys charged at ZAR 1000.
